The Board sets a timetable to secure a lot and erect a new 3 story building. $75,000 in bonds were sold.

1922

The Linens Committee moves into high gear to furnish the new building.

Members crochet picot edges on 150 tea napkins, embroider 10 dozen towels and craft 46 rag rugs!

1922

The new building at the corner of Sixth and Spring is dedicated at a gala event. This clubhouse is the first in Seattle where its members can live, attend cultural events and enjoy social gatherings.

1924

Members transform the new ballroom into a country club setting for the first Sports Clothes Ball.

1929

The Club sponsors two lecture series entitled "Safe Driving": one for adults and the other for teens.
